  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  8. Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and changes to provide customers with relevant and helpful information.
  9. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and fellow team members.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  11. Assist customers with special needs or accommodations, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary restrictions.
