  1. Oversee a team of flight attendants and ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  2. Set and maintain high standards of safety and customer service on all American Airlines flights.

  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of flight attendants and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

  7. Create and maintain schedules for flight attendants, taking into account their availability and preferences.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for the Inflight Attendance team.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary changes to procedures if needed.
  10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the team, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  11. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Airline Industry, Preferably In Inflight Services Or Crew Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Safety Procedures For Flight Attendants.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Crew Members.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, Especially In High-Stress And Time-Sensitive Situations.

  • Flexibility And Availability To Work Irregular And Long Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, In Order To Oversee And Support Crew Operations.
