Spearheads our operations, public affairs and issues/crisis communications work. Provides strategic advice to senior leadership team on storytelling and media. Establishes and maintains successful partnerships with other leaders and teams from across the airline, including marketing, brand, loyalty, premium experience, and customer experience. Serves as a company spokesperson. Engages in ongoing engagements with reporters, including pitching stories and responding to incoming inquiries.
