  3. Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  4. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the implementation and maintenance of security measures.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and other security partners.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for all security-related issues and provide timely and accurate updates to management.
  7. Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures, and conduct regular drills and exercises to test their effectiveness.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Monitor and manage security budget and resources effectively.
  10. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on security incidents, risks, and status for management.
  11. Handle any security-related emergencies and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of security systems.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive security information.
  14. Stay compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline security processes and procedures.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Corporate Security: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Corporate Security, Including Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Security Protocols, And Risk Assessment Techniques. This Will Ensure That They Are Able To Effectively Develop And Implement Security Strategies That Align With American Airlines' Specific Needs And Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Coordinator Of Corporate Security, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Management, And External Partners. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Security Policies And Procedures, Collaborate With Team Members, And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is The Ability To Identify Potential Security Risks And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Assess Complex Situations, Think Critically, And Make Sound Decisions Based On Data And Evidence.

  • Proven Experience In Project And Team Management: The Coordinator Of Corporate Security Will Be Responsible For Managing Security Projects And Coordinating With Team Members To Ensure Their Successful Execution. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Set Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Monitor Progress To Ensure Timely Delivery.

  • Relevant Education And Certifications: While A Specific Degree May Not Be Required, A Candidate With A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Risk Management Would Be Preferred.
