  1. Monitor and coordinate all aspects of American Airlines flights from a centralized control center.
  2. Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground staff, and other departments to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
  3. Analyze and respond to real-time flight data and make timely decisions to ensure on-time performance and minimize delays.
  4. Collaborate with airport operations and maintenance teams to resolve any issues that may impact flight operations.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight activity, including flight plans, weather reports, and aircraft position.
  6. Utilize various computer systems and software to track and monitor flights and communicate with team members.
  7. Stay current on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
  8. Proactively identify potential issues and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to flight schedules.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns from passengers and crew members.
  10. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
  11. Act as a point of contact for all stakeholders, including air traffic control, airport authorities, and other airlines.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
  14. Comply with all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe operating environment.
  15. Represent American Airlines with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Control Center Or Operations Role Within The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Procedures.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Used In Control Center Operations.
