  1. Develop and manage American Airlines Credit Union's (AACU) deposit products portfolio to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement strategies to optimize deposit products.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for deposit product development.
  5. Monitor and analyze deposit product performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue goals.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of deposit product strategies.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on deposit products, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve AACU's deposit products.
  9. Create and deliver presentations to senior management to report on deposit product performance and recommend future strategies.
  10. Contribute to the overall growth and success of AACU through your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional customer service and experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Airline Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Deposit Products And Revenue Growth Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Using Software Such As Excel Or Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Convey Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders At Various Levels Of The Organization.
