  1. Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for AACU deposit products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to promote growth and profitability of deposit products.
  3. Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management on the performance of deposit products.
  4. Analyze competitor data and industry trends to make informed recommendations for product enhancements or new product development.
  5. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of new initiatives and track progress towards growth targets.
  6. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships or alliances to expand deposit product offerings.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all products and processes are in line with standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product development and growth.
  9. Provide training and support to team members on new product launches or process improvements.
  10. Continuously seek out innovative and cost-effective solutions to improve deposit product performance and customer satisfaction.
  11. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of management to present findings and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  13. Take ownership of projects and initiatives assigned by management, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technology to make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field
