- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner at the Aruba AUA airport location.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns regarding flight information, ticket purchases, and general travel information.
- Utilize computer systems and software to process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes to reservations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of American Airlines policies, procedures, and regulations to accurately assist customers.
- Assist customers with booking and managing their travel itineraries, including flight changes, seat selection, and upgrades.
- Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to customers, including credit cards, upgrades, and airline loyalty programs.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ticket counters and self-service kiosks.
