Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Prior Hospice Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Hospice Setting Is Preferred, As The Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Hospice Care And Regulations.
Weekend Availability: The Candidate Must Be Available To Work Weekends, As This Is A Weekend Baylor Position With A Schedule Of Friday-Monday Or Saturday-Tuesday.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Hospice Rn, Effective Communication With Patients, Families, And Other Care Team Members Is Essential. Candidates Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
