1. Providing exceptional patient care: The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
2. Weekend coverage: The RN will be expected to work on weekends as part of their PRN schedule to provide coverage for patients who require care during those days.
3. Conducting assessments: The RN will conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, medication management, and overall physical and mental condition.
4. Developing care plans: Based on the assessments, the RN will develop individualized care plans for each patient, taking into consideration their specific needs and goals.
5. Administering treatments and medications: The RN will be responsible for administering prescribed treatments and medications, ensuring proper dosage and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
