  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy.
  2. Monitor and assess patient's response to treatment and adjust care plan as needed.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  4. Educate patients and their families on proper care and management of infusion therapy.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  7. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current standards of practice and healthcare regulations.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve patient care outcomes.
  11. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  12. Demonstrate empathy, respect, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
  13. Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Infusion Therapy.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Infusion Therapy Procedures And Equipment.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Bls Certification And Ability To Respond To Emergency Situations.
