- Administer specialized infusion treatments to patients in their homes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient response to infusion therapy, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on the purpose and administration of infusion therapy, as well as potential side effects and proper care of equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all treatments, medications, and observations.
- Monitor inventory of infusion supplies and medications, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and sterile environment for infusion therapy.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and advancements in infusion therapy, participating in continuing education and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.

Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As An Rn In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Infusion Therapy.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Administering And Monitoring Infusion Therapies, Including Iv Medications And Fluids.
Excellent Communication And Documentation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification And Willingness To Obtain And Maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.
