- Administer medication and nutrition through intravenous therapy to patients in their home.

Registered Nurse License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing.
Infusion Certification: Amedisys Requires All Registered Nurses Working In Infusion Therapy To Hold A Current Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (Crni) Certification.
Minimum Education: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing (Adn), Although A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Is Preferred.
Experience In Infusion Therapy: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Infusion Therapy Is Required, With A Demonstrated Ability To Manage Complex Infusion Therapy Regimens.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
