- Coordinate and oversee all clinical operations, including patient care, at Amedisys.
- Ensure that all patient care is provided in accordance with the highest quality standards and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the delivery of patient care and promote a positive work culture.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other staff members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork among all clinical staff.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective action when necessary.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field: Amedisys Requires All Clinical Managers To Have At Least A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage A Clinical Team.
Active Rn License: A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is A Mandatory Requirement For This Position. This Ensures That The Individual Has Met All The Necessary Qualifications And Has The Legal Authority To Practice Nursing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience: Amedisys Looks For Candidates With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting. This Experience Provides A Solid Foundation For Managing A Clinical Team And Ensures The Individual Has A Thorough Understanding Of Patient Care.
