Registered Nurse - Case Manager

9. Stay updated on current nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines to provide high-quality and evidence-based care.
10. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for care.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
