- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support on treatment plans and techniques.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition or progress to the supervising physical therapist.
- Assist with implementing and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient-centered care with compassion and empathy, promoting a positive and comfortable treatment experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the patients and team.

Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Cpr Certification And Knowledge Of Basic Life Support Techniques.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapy Assistant.
Current State Licensure And Certification As A Physical Therapy Assistant.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
