  1. Provide hands-on physical therapy care to patients under the supervision and guidance of a licensed physical therapist.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Work collaboratively with the physical therapist and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality and comprehensive care for patients.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the physical therapist.
  5. Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and proper techniques for rehabilitation.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  8. Keep up-to-date with developments and advancements in the physical therapy field and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.
  9. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients and their families.
  10. Represent the company in a positive manner and uphold its values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Current State Licensure As A Physical Therapist Assistant.

  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assisting Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Home Health Or Hospice Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems.
