  1. Coordinate and schedule patient care services in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure that all patient appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and schedules.
  4. Communicate with patients and their families to understand their needs and concerns.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans for each patient.
  6. Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Scheduling Role.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Caregivers, And Healthcare Providers In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.

  • Proficient In The Use Of Scheduling Software And Electronic Medical Records Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes, With The Ability To Accurately Schedule Appointments And Verify Insurance Coverage.
