1. Provide support to patients undergoing occupational therapy treatment, assisting them in their journey to recovery.
2. Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patients' individual needs.
3. Educate patients on exercises and activities to improve their functional abilities and daily living skills.
4. Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising occupational therapist.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and progress.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of practice while ensuring a safe and ethical work environment.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in occupational therapy techniques and technology.
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and outcomes.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
