Valid Nurse Practitioner License: A Qualified Candidate For The Hospice Nurse Practitioner Job At Amedisys Must Hold A Valid And Current Nurse Practitioner License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Advanced Certification In Hospice And Palliative Care: Amedisys Prefers Candidates Who Have Obtained Advanced Certification In Hospice And Palliative Care, Such As The Advanced Certified Hospice And Palliative Nurse (Achpn) Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hospice Or Palliative Care: Amedisys Requires Candidates To Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In Hospice Or Palliative Care Settings.
