- Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of a CNA Hospice Aide is to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.
- Assist with daily activities: The CNA Hospice Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient's condition: It is the responsibility of the CNA Hospice Aide to monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the hospice care team.
- Administer medications: The CNA Hospice Aide may be responsible for administering medications to patients as prescribed by the hospice care team.
- Provide emotional support: The CNA Hospice Aide will provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them cope with the challenges of end-of-life care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment: It is the responsibility of the CNA Hospice Aide to ensure the patient's living environment is safe, clean, and comfortable.
- Document patient care: The CNA Hospice Aide will be responsible for accurately documenting patient care in accordance with hospice care regulations.
- Collaborate with the hospice care team: The CNA Hospice Aide will work closely with the hospice care team to ensure the best possible care for patients and their families.
- Attend training and educational programs: The CNA Hospice Aide will be expected to attend training and educational programs to maintain and improve their knowledge and skills in hospice care.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: The CNA Hospice Aide must adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure quality care is provided to patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality: It is the responsibility of the CNA Hospice Aide to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Current CPR certification.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Completion Of A State-Approved Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Training Program.
At Least One Year Of Experience As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Hospice Care.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families During End-Of-Life Care.
