CNA Hospice Aide

1. Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of a CNA Hospice Aide is to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.
2. Assist with daily activities: The CNA Hospice Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Monitor patient's condition: It is the responsibility of the CNA Hospice Aide to monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the hospice care team.
4. Administer medications: The CNA Hospice Aide may be responsible for administering medications to patients as prescribed by the hospice care team.
