1. Provide compassionate care to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.
2. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
3. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the hospice team.
4. Administer medication as directed by the hospice nurse.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
6. Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
