- Create a comfortable and safe environment for patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary hospice care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Certification: A Valid Cna Certification Is Required To Be Considered For A Hospice Aide Position At Amedisys. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Provide Quality Care To Hospice Patients.
Hospice Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Hospice Setting Is Preferred. This Demonstrates That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Unique Needs Of Hospice Patients And Is Familiar With Providing End-Of-Life Care.
