CNA Hospice Aide

1. Provide compassionate and skilled care to hospice patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
2. Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote comfort and maintain personal hygiene.
3. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the hospice team.
4. Administer medication as per physician orders and document accurately.
5. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
6. Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their loved ones.
7. Collaborate with other members of the hospice care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
