- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in their homes.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication and assist with medical treatments as directed by the nurse or physician.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nurse or physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Amedisys Requires All Applicants To Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
Experience In Home Health Care: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Home Health Care Setting, Preferably With Elderly Or Disabled Patients.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: Amedisys Values Candidates Who Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Document And Report Patient Care.
