- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with company standards and industry regulations
- Manage and maintain patient caseloads, schedules, and staffing assignments
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to clinical team members
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to streamline processes and improve overall patient outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Management Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Home Health Or Hospice.
Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Strong Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, As Well As Other Relevant Healthcare Laws And Regulations.
Exceptional Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
