- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential healthcare partners.

- Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize sales and business development efforts.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Amedisys, promoting our mission and values.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with healthcare partners and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Home Health Or Hospice.
Knowledge Of Medicare/Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers, Referral Sources, And Potential Clients.
