1. Provide spiritual support to hospice patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.
2. Offer comfort, guidance, and emotional support to patients and their families.
3. Conduct spiritual assessments and develop care plans for patients.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care to patients.
5. Facilitate religious services, rituals, and ceremonies as requested by patients and families.

13. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and contribute spiritual perspective.
