- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the company's reach in the hospice care market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to increase patient referrals and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies and make recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective business development efforts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make adjustments to strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Train and develop a team of business development representatives to effectively promote the company's services and cultivate relationships with referral sources.

- Stay abreast of regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the business development team, promoting a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Leadership Role Within The Hospice Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Business Development Plans.
Strong Understanding Of Hospice Regulations, Reimbursement, And Market Dynamics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
