In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of ancillary services for our patients, including medical equipment, home health aides, and therapy services.   1. Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and delivery of ancillary services for patients, including medical equipment, home health aides, and therapy services.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members regarding ancillary services.
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all ancillary service orders and deliveries.
  4. Collaborate with insurance companies and other third-party providers to obtain necessary authorizations and approvals for ancillary services.
  5. Monitor and track inventory of ancillary supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks and audits of ancillary services to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns regarding ancillary services.
  8. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and ancillary service providers to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery.
  9. Assist in the training and onboarding of new ancillary service providers.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes related to ancillary services.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to ancillary services.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the overall well-being and satisfaction of patients.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in ancillary services to provide the best possible care for patients.
  15. Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as required to stay informed and enhance skills and knowledge related to ancillary services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Coordination Or Administrative Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ancillary Services Such As Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, And Home Health Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Ancillary Services, Including Medicare And Medicaid Regulations.
