- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote the Amedisys brand and services.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Amedisys in a professional and positive manner.
- Conduct market research to identify potential referral sources and develop strategies to reach them.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Educate potential referral sources on the benefits and services of hospice care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition for patients and families.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Amedisys and build relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to referral sources and clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Hospice Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Referral Sources And Healthcare Providers.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Knowledge Of Hospice Regulations And Reimbursement Processes, As Well As Experience Navigating Insurance And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.
