- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to drive business and increase patient admissions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by executing strategic sales plans and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
- Educate healthcare professionals and referral sources about hospice services and the benefits of choosing Amedisys.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and attend community events to promote the hospice division.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and referrals.
- Serve as a liaison between the hospice division and other departments within Amedisys.
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance standards related to hospice care.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights and strategies to improve overall sales performance.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of hospice care to effectively communicate the benefits of Amedisys services.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for patients and families into hospice care.
- Represent Amedisys in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and values, and actively contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals And Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hospice Services And Regulations.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
