- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities, to promote and sell Amedisys services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients, and use this information to tailor sales strategies and approaches.
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of Amedisys services to potential clients, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to develop and improve sales materials and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies to ensure compliance and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant gatherings to promote Amedisys and expand professional network.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring satisfaction with Amedisys services and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies and approaches to achieve and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Represent Amedisys in a professional and ethical manner at all times, maintaining the company's reputation and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales, Preferably In The Home Health Or Hospice Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Medicare And Medicaid Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Referral Sources.
