Job Description

Develop and manage marketing strategy and product support needs for pharma services. Utilizes market research to add insight into product development, rollout, and tactical plans. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to better understand customer needs, coordinate feedback with commercial teams and customers. Tracks and understands competitive landscape and market drives and trends. Communicates with Sr. Leadership team on program performance, issues, or market changes. Leads the development of strategic GTM plans and marketing campaigns for pharma programs. Develops appropriate sales tools, collateral, web content, and top line mass communication content based on specific audience type and goals of initiative. Creates clear performance metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing efforts. Develops and delivers, in collaboration with Learning & Development team, Sales training to ensure effective communication of core messaging in the field.

Job Qualifications

Digital marketing experience preferred
Polished and engaging presenter to ensure messaging and value proposition is clear and understandable to target audience
3+ years of experience in a marketing and/or product management role
Strong understanding of the pharma/clinical trials landscape
Experience in developing consumer facing content a plus
