Job Description

Maintains and monitors project plans, schedules, and follow-up. Coordinates revisions cycle and edits between Marketing Managers and Design team. Tracks projects through our internal regulatory approval platform. Supports digital marketing (social media incl.), conference marketing and email marketing activities. Coordinates and creates documents to improve operational efficiencies and departmental organization. Ensures project deadlines are met. Manages commercial requests for marketing support. Manages our collateral tracking and digital StorFront. Ensures projects adhere to processes and all documentation is maintained appropriately. Assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.

Job Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience
1-3 years of project coordination experience
Ability work on tight deadlines and stay organized and on schedule
