Job Description

A critical aspect of this position is to problem solve. The IM will identify, understand and foresee barriers to CARE implementation and launching, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to overcome barriers.
Responsible for establishing process creation and flows to meet the needs of our clients. Obtain voice of customer and work with Software Solutions and other key stakeholders to identify feature enhancement opportunities that could improve our implementation process, growth opportunities, client relationships, and/or our CARE program overall. Assist with developing and ensuring appropriate implementation of CARE policies and procedures. Serve as the go-to source of CARE knowledge for our clients and our sales team, to help all parties involved to be successful. Collect and report on key performance indicators for clients and internally. Responsible for successfully transitioning accounts once a successful go-live is completed.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of genetics and/or the genetic testing industry also a plus
Understanding of healthcare space
Be able to motivate others and deal well with conflict management.
2-4 years of project management, implementation, onboarding, SaaS, sales support, and/or related experiences
Previous experience working with healthcare providers, staff, and/or executives is a plus

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Implementation Manager is $60,000 to $140,000 per year. The salary range can vary greatly depending on the size of the company, the location, and the experience of the Implementation Manager.
