Job Description

Provide both on-site and remote support.. Maintain user accounts, computers, and groups within Active Directory. Image, assign, deploy, and support assets including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories.. Record and document troubleshooting processes. Analyze and test software functionality; identifies and resolves problems within scope of authority. Assist in maintaining of server and network infrastructure (i.e., cable management, port documentation). Troubleshoot and resolve print, network, and connectivity issues. Offer unparalleled customer support to end users.

Job Qualifications

2-3 years experience in an IT support position interfacing directly with users
Experience with Quest KACE a plus
CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge and experience
