- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Monitor and track laboratory inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available for testing and research purposes.
- Collaborate with other members of the laboratory team to design and conduct experiments and research projects.
- Participate in the development and validation of new laboratory assays and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field: A Clinical Laboratory Scientist At Ambry Genetics Should Have A Solid Educational Foundation In Laboratory Science, Including Courses In Biochemistry, Microbiology, And Genetics.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt): This Certification Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Met Rigorous Standards Set By The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) And Is Proficient In All Areas Of Laboratory Science.
Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting: Ambry Genetics Requires Candidates To Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With Laboratory Protocols, Equipment, And Quality Control Measures.
