Job Description

Analyze and document business needs and design solutions to meet those needs
Utilize SCRUM and AGILE methodologies to manage development workflows
Become subject matter expert for the given project
Prepare functional requirements by analyzing current workflows in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the application
Facilitate requirements gathering with development team members and stakeholders
Provide weekly status updates and coordinate change control protocols
Test and validate developed features against requirements
