- Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and initiatives to promote employee engagement and upskilling.
- Collaborate with the communication and training teams to create engaging content for various internal communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and intranet.
- Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Conduct research and gather data to analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and training efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the organization of company events and workshops related to employee communication and upskilling.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries and feedback related to internal communication and training.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving internal communication and upskilling initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication and employee development to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
