Solution Definition Specialist

Responsibilities:

7. Assist with customer training and onboarding.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software development and customer service best practices.
10. Remain informed of industry trends and changes in technology.
