- Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of our systems to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements while ensuring system reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to increase overall reliability.
- Develop and implement strategies for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Continuously analyze system data and metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our systems are utilizing the most advanced technology.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on system status and escalate any critical issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to mitigate any potential downtime.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve any technical issues that require their expertise.
- Adhere to company security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large-Scale It Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development And Infrastructure Management Principles.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Root Cause Analysis.
Experience With Automation Tools And Technologies, Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef.
