- Act as a subject matter expert on CIAM, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams

- Define and track key product metrics and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for product improvements
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand and address customer needs and pain points
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our CIAM products and gather insights from the market.
