Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete payments are received.
2. Analyze customer payment histories to identify trends and recommend improvements.
3. Research and resolve customer payment inquiries.
4. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on customer payment trends, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer invoices, payments, and account balances.
6. Work collaboratively with customers, sales, and other departments to ensure timely payments.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and regulatory trends that may impact accounts receivable operations.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
10. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
