- Responsible for managing the integration of Amadeus IT Group's technology solutions with travel industry partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners to ensure smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure successful integration.
- Act as the main point of contact for travel industry partners during the integration process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Conduct thorough analysis of partner systems and technical requirements to determine the best integration approach.
- Develop and execute integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track progress of integrations, identifying and resolving any roadblocks or delays.
- Ensure all integrations meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any integration-related issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential integration opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Amadeus IT Group's technology solutions and integration capabilities.
- Communicate with senior management to provide updates on integration progress and highlight any potential risks or opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Software Development Or It Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Integration Projects With External Providers.
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Apis, Web Services, And Other Integration Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
