Responsibilities of a Principal Agile Coach:

1. Develop and implement Agile methodologies throughout the organization.
2. Coach and train teams in Agile practices.
3. Provide leadership and mentorship to teams.
4. Build relationships and influence others.
5. Identify and resolve issues quickly.
6. Work in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
7. Monitor and evaluate Agile processes.
8. Document Agile processes and procedures.
9. Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote Agile principles.
10. Create and deliver Agile training to team members.
