Manager of Tax Compliance

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Tax Compliance to join the Amadeus IT Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s tax compliance processes and procedures. You must have a comprehensive understanding of taxation regulations, as well as the ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about tax compliance and has the organizational skills to keep up with the changing tax landscape. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of experience in a tax compliance role, and a deep knowledge of state and federal tax laws. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage tax compliance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal tax laws.
2. Monitor changes in the tax landscape and adjust processes and procedures accordingly.
3. Prepare and file tax returns, including state and federal income tax returns, to ensure accurate and timely payments.
4. Analyze financial data and identify potential areas of noncompliance.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Provide guidance and advice to management and staff regarding tax compliance issues.
7. Respond to inquiries from authorities related to tax compliance matters.
8. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and filings.
9. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tax filings.
10. Develop and implement systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance processes.
