
Facilities Co-Ordinator

- Develop and implement processes and procedures for the efficient management of office facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all office equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all office spaces, including common areas, conference rooms, and break rooms.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services.
- Coordinate office moves and renovations, including furniture installation and space planning.
- Respond to facilities-related requests and inquiries from employees and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Create and maintain a budget for facility expenses and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Train and supervise facilities staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and HR, to address any facility-related needs or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and functionality of office facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facilities Coordination Or A Similar Role.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Various Stakeholders.
Working Knowledge Of Facilities Management Software And Systems, Such As Cmms And Iwms.
