- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amadeus IT Group's technology solutions and how they are utilized in the travel industry.
- Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance and support in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our technology solutions.
- Ensure that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products and services.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and guidelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the engineering team.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for engineering roles.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Represent Amadeus IT Group at industry events and conferences, promoting our technology solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
- Handle any escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Uphold a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role In An Engineering Department.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Relevant Engineering Software And Tools, Such As Cad And Project Management Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
