  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Conduct research and collect data on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Manage job postings and ensure they are accurately and effectively advertised on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and hiring progress
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with team members to create job descriptions and job advertisements that accurately reflect the needs of the company
  • Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of HR and recruitment
  • Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
